“When the plumber finally showed, he was unable to do anything as he wasn’t qualified or experienced enough to tackle the job. Office hadn’t told him about the nature of the call and issues with an air source heat pump. However, the engineer informed me that he had been called out to another premises at our development and he was also faced with the same problem of an air source heat pump. So a wasted call out and my issues unable to be resolved.”

“Wouldn’t touch then with a barge pole. Can’t ever fix problems and always send incorrect info to insurance companies who then close the case. Misdiagnosed my boiler issue. Kept changing random parts hoping it will fix the problem. Avoid. Called vaillant. They fixed in 5 min. Broke part was a £30 part. Avon ruby kept changing circuit, gas kit etc and sending invoices of parts and labour plus mark up to the insurance company.”
