“Not the best company installed a Skylight NOT veluxe for an expensive price, leaked 1st time , they did fix, leaked 2nd time and they stating its not due to the skylight where it is, despite I will be getting a new roof and Veluxe skylight.”

“Oliver Dyer engineer was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He kept me informed prior to appointment and his arrival time . Did various tests on my boiler and try to find the problem. Found boiler working ok , potential leak under the floor. Advise me to contact my building insurance to have trace survey to find where leak is coming from. Highly recommended”

“I arranged my annual boiler service with Avon Ruby at an agreed price and at a date that suited me. The customer service staff were all polite, helpful and efficient. Maurice who came to do the job rang me 20 minutes before arrival as i had been told he would. He did an excellent job on the boiler. On another occasion my boiler stopped working and Gary and Oliver came on the day I phoned and fixed the problem.”

“I have 3 pipes which run over my extension and 1 of the pipes leaks, I got in touch with Avon ruby who, then sent tomek to check what needed to be done, we managed to get all the work done, regarding the weather, which was on my side, between tomek and Michel they did a fantastic job, I'm glad to say all good and no problems with leaks, and the staff at Avon ruby were all very helpful, I would have them again for outside work, job well done guys”

“I was very happy with the work done by Avon Ruby's builders: new garage roof, new guttering, pointing, re-felting bay window roof and fixing a hole in my kitchen wall, and found the two employees very obliging. However, I had a wait of several weeks for an asbestos test by another company and the asbestos company who were sub-contracted by Avon Ruby to remove the old garage roof left asbestos behind on their first visit and had to come back. They also dumped rubble on my neighbour's garage roof, telling me it was my neighbour's rubble and needed to stay there to block any potential leaks in my neighbour's roof while my roof was being replaced. This was a ridiculous story. The rubble was removed by Avon Ruby before the end of the job. I would suggest Avon Ruby try and find a more professional asbestos removal company.”
