From start to finish, the experience has been nothing short of outstanding, and I felt it was important to formally acknowledge the quality of your work and the care you have provided throughout this entire process. What began as a stressful and daunting situation very quickly became manageable thanks to your clear communication, organised approach, and genuine commitment to delivering high-quality work. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in every part of the repair are truly remarkable. The finished result is superb — far beyond what I expected — and I am genuinely grateful for the level of pride and skill that has gone into it. “I had various work carried out by Avon Ruby including tiling, redecoration and plumbing work. They’re always very punctual about their time and work quality commitments. Oliver, Isaac and Andrew they all did great jobs. Whoever needs any help about home maintenance, I undoubtedly recommend Avon Ruby. Thank you Avon Ruby!”

“Very happy with the service, a surveyor was booked in and came on time . The work was scheduled when it was convenient for us. The Plasterer/painter Danny couldn’t of been nicer , very professional and very happy with works completed. He made the experience for my mother stress free as she gets very anxious with works going on.”

“Fast efficient service. Needed the bathroom re- decorated and repairs/replacements to loo seat and shower screen. Danny (painter) was extremely careful and did a fabulous job. Andy and colleague likewise a day or so later installing new shower screen and loo seat. Bathroom looked new in less than a week. Thanks again, Avon Ruby.”

“Our boiler broke down when weather got so cold, taking into account we have a baby in the house called Avon Ruby & engineer came first thing next day, they ordered the part & fixed our boiler within 2 days. Both engineers were very polite, professional & excellent service.”
