Oliver Dyer engineer was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He kept me informed prior to appointment and his arrival time . Did various tests on my boiler and try to find the problem. Found boiler working ok , potential leak under the floor. Advise me to contact my building insurance to have trace survey to find where leak is coming from.
