“I was very happy with the work done by Avon Ruby's builders: new garage roof, new guttering, pointing, re-felting bay window roof and fixing a hole in my kitchen wall, and found the two employees very obliging. However, I had a wait of several weeks for an asbestos test by another company and the asbestos company who were sub-contracted by Avon Ruby to remove the old garage roof left asbestos behind on their first visit and had to come back. They also dumped rubble on my neighbour's garage roof, telling me it was my neighbour's rubble and needed to stay there to block any potential leaks in my neighbour's roof while my roof was being replaced. This was a ridiculous story. The rubble was removed by Avon Ruby before the end of the job. I would suggest Avon Ruby try and find a more professional asbestos removal company.”

“Although they are fairly expensive when compared to other companies, their workmanship and customer service is excellent. Basically you get what you pay for and we have been very satisfied with their service, especially with Maurice who services our boiler.”

“I was disappointed that we had to pay an extra £102 for the extra hour as the engineer was not very long over the 1st hour. He was mainly doing papaerwork then. Perhaps for preferential customers, if the time just goes over the hour, we’d only pay for the half hour. Regards Dave B”
