“Website was easy to use and postal information was quickly e-mailed and texted. Website states free postage on orders over £40, my order was just over £40 with the vat included but was still charged for postage. Better wording on the website is needed.”

“Delivery was fast next day even though i ordered at 5pm Ordered the extra o ring kit though and this was completely the wrong kit. Had to purchase from main dealer in the end , so poor service with O ring kit”

“Purchase and delivery of parts was good. However, was recommended via Simon on the chat to buy an expansion valve in addition to an aircon compressor. After a long struggle the garage couldn't fit the expansion valve, there was a slight mis-match in sizing - they put back the old part. They said it wasn't necessary anyway. This is frustrating as I had to pay labour costs (£60) for a part that wouldn't fit, as well as return postage to yourselves for a refund. Not best happy. I suppose it's the risk you take of ordering parts online, but was forced to by my car warranty provider.”

“I wanted some more information on a flexible hose fitting as the web site had very limited info, so I phoned the help line & the gentleman who answered did not have any more knowledge of the part I was interested in & was not interested in my request.”

“deliverd next day great. stripped mine down, come to put twin fans on, holes did not match,made it fit with 2 holess instead of 4.side brackets were short by a good 1/2 inch. On the side ,Quality was no where as good as the one i pulled off.If garage had tried to fit it they would have refused, Saying cheap import .I did phone 1st to make sure it was the right one. i have range rover 1998 dse 2/5 ltr. YES I COULD HAVE COMPLANDED. but when you have it stipped down you try to make do..this is a air condenser.( Aircon Radiator )”

“I purchased this condenser following a leak in the existing one which I had purchased from this site three years ago. Aircon specialist says they're not as good as original parts but the leak could also be attributed to a stone hitting it. The price is very competitive and if I get more than three years out of it I will be happy because it was a quarter the cost of an original part. Anyway, I don't expect to own the car in three years time.”

“I have ordered air con condenser order no.100013669. I have never received any anti bacterial spray that you promissed to add to every condenser you sell. Shortly saing quick delivery, quality equal to money paid, sadly some broken promises.”
