“Ordered pressure switch and paid £9:00 for next working day delivery. Not delivered next day (ordered Thursday 22/05/2025 so should have been delivered Friday23/05/2025) however still not received Monday 26/05/2025 although a bank holiday)”

“Service, Products and prices all first class but delivery has been an issue. On this recent delivery the parcel was delivered to Stratton Motor Company at NR15 2XJ and not to me at NR15 2TG. This has happened twice before. The delivery was on time but to the wrong garage.Mike.”

“Brilliant price and excellent service. I ordered the compressor in the late afternoon and it was delivered the next morning. It has now been fitted to my x type Jaguar and the air con now works perfectly. Pity about the weather which has now changed for the worse.”

“Probably the best place in UK for aircon parts. Needed a condenser quickly and got it the next day. Works no differently to original Audi part except it's way cheaper. The Audi condenser didn't have a long life anyway.”
