“Excellent service, goods arrived exactly as per courier SMS. Can you please consider including the "O" rings for the HP and LP sides of the condenser? It took me an extra 2 hours to complete the job today as I had to go and source the correct size AND grade of seal. The costs are next to nothing, but I'd have paid another £5 on top to have them and save me the time”

“I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE EASE OF ORDERING AND THE FAST DELIVERY SERVICE I RECEIVED , BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN INVOICE FOR MY PAYMENT EITHER BY E-MAIL OR WITHIN THE BOX THE PART WAS DELIVERED IN . THEREFORE I HAVE NO PAPERWORK TO FACILITATE ANY WARRANTY OR RECOMPENCE IF ANY PROBLEM WITH IT BEING THE INCORRECT PART WHEN FITTING , OR ANY PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE ARISE WITH QUALITY UNDER WARRANTY ? .”

Your invoice and receipt will have been automatically emailed to you as soon as you completed your order, assuming the email address was entered correctly of course. If you are unable to find it let me know and I'll send another. We do not send paper copies of orders to try and cut down on waste.

“Compressor was all ok. Quick delivery the only bad point is there are no O rings supplied with it for the pipes. Just means you have to keep stock of these or order them when you order AC components.”
