“missing a squirty bottle attachment from my order, but very happy with the products, free air freshener is always good! well packed in a good box! and very quick dispatch! website seems easy to use, missing a few descriptions on some of the items, but otherwise a great site and products, been using for a while and will continue to, but why have halfords stopped stocking your products?”

“I bought a Father’s Day gift and I took well over a week to dispatch, and due to the use of Royal Mail it meant it never arrived until way after Father’s Day. I know auto finesse are not to blame for the failings of Royal Mail, however their dispatch time is way too long and contributed to the failure to arrived before Father’s Day.”

Good afternoon. I am really sorry to hear that your order arrived after the expected delivery date. I totally appreciate how frustrating this must have been. I have had a further look into this for you and I can see that your order was dispatched from us on the 6th working day on a next day service with Royal Mail. Meaning this should have been delivered on the 7th working day as per the service selected by you at checkout. Unfortunately on this occasion Royal Mail experienced some delays at their depot, meaning all parcels experienced an unexpected delay which was totally out of our control. Hey Robert, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate you letting us know about your experience and we are sorry for the issues you have faced with the delivery times. We have had a look into the delivery issue you have had but doesn't look like there was any delays. From looking at the delivery service you have selected at checkout which was the 5-7 working day free delivery, everything was despatched and delivered within this time. As you can imagine, during promotional periods we do get more orders than usual so it can take the full 7 working days to ship/deliver orders but we do provide this information when selecting your shipping method at checkout with all delivery times quoted next to the service. We do offer other services like next day delivery, economy delivery and weekend delivery if the 5-7 working day free delivery does not suit your needs. We are always working our hardest to get all orders despatched as quickly as possible to satisfy our customers needs. “Product quality is very good and works well. Delivery is very slow, so slow a snail could have delivered it quicker. I realise I chose the free delivery option but ten days is I bit too long”
