“Had a few glitches with my delivery however a lot of hard work from Laura in customer services everything was sorted. I would stress that Auto FInesses weren't responsible for the initial poor delivery but Laura managed to get things sorted and the order came very quickly from the new courier. Laura went over and above and turned the whole situation around. The quality of the purchase is excellent everything will be put to good use.”

We want to clarify the status of your parcel, as this appears to be the core issue. Upon reviewing your case, we found that we received a direct request from you to cancel the order shortly after the initial delay occurred. Therefore, in line with your request, our team immediately put a 'stop and return' instruction on your parcel with the courier (DHL). This action was taken to prevent the delivery and initiate the return process necessary for a full refund, as requested by you. This is why the parcel was not delivered and why you are seeing the unusual tracking updates, the logistics chain was actively interrupted based on your cancellation request. “I have been ordering from auto finesse for multiple years and always been happy with the products, I placed an order 2 weeks ago and have only recieved part of the order. I have also been chasing for updates on the missing items to be told they would arrive almost a week ago. I still don’t have them. I am missing a whole signature kit bundle and still has no idea when I will receive it as I should have recieved tracking updates this morning. Still at the time of this message I can only assume the missing items are still not on there way to me. It’s been a really disappointing experience on this occasion.”

As a long-standing and valued customer, we are truly sorry that your experience on this occasion has been anything less than excellent. We understand your frustration, it is deeply disappointing when an order doesn't arrive as expected, especially during the busy holiday season. We can confirm that our customer service team has been working hard to resolve this issue. A replacement was processed on Thursday 11th December and is scheduled for delivery today - Monday 15th December. While we know this doesn't excuse the initial issues, we hope having your kit in hand today will offer some relief. The unprecedented volume and resulting delays experienced by all couriers at this time of year unfortunately complicated what was already a difficult situation, and we thank you for your patience while we worked to correct this. -TEAM AF :)

“Made a recent order with AF for the Compound and Pad Kit, which was at a discounted price that was too good to pass up. I seleted next day delivery as I was hoping to get the kit in time for a detail that weekend, but sadly, DHL really dropped the ball. Communication/tracking with DHL was very poor and not only did the parcel turn up late, but it looks as if they dropped the parcel (more than once) as well as dropping the ball. This was fed back to AF and they dealt with the manner swiftly, efficiently and refunded full amount for the shipping. Thankfully the contents were intact (that was a bit of a miracle!)”
