“Made my first purchase from Auto Finesse, and I am happy to say that the service was excellent. I had a query regarding the connection for a snow foam lance, customer services instructed me how to log the query. My question was answered in the time stated, and I was able to order what I needed. Communication was great. with delivery of quality products in the quoted timeframe. Even email offers are great, not just the usual spam. Can't recommend AF enough if you enjoy looking after your car, and want quality products from a trusted supplier”

Hello, thank you for taking your time to leave a review. I am sorry to hear that there was a delay with your order. I can imagine how frustrating this must have been and we do sincerely apologise for the delay. Due to the high volume of orders and unforeseen circumstances in the warehouse, some orders were taking up to 10 working days, unfortunately this is due to issues out of our control. I would like to reassure you that our staff have been working around the clock to ensure all orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. -TEAM AF :)
