“I have been ordering from auto finesse for multiple years and always been happy with the products, I placed an order 2 weeks ago and have only recieved part of the order. I have also been chasing for updates on the missing items to be told they would arrive almost a week ago. I still don’t have them. I am missing a whole signature kit bundle and still has no idea when I will receive it as I should have recieved tracking updates this morning. Still at the time of this message I can only assume the missing items are still not on there way to me. It’s been a really disappointing experience on this occasion.”

As a long-standing and valued customer, we are truly sorry that your experience on this occasion has been anything less than excellent. We understand your frustration, it is deeply disappointing when an order doesn't arrive as expected, especially during the busy holiday season. We can confirm that our customer service team has been working hard to resolve this issue. A replacement was processed on Thursday 11th December and is scheduled for delivery today - Monday 15th December. While we know this doesn't excuse the initial issues, we hope having your kit in hand today will offer some relief. The unprecedented volume and resulting delays experienced by all couriers at this time of year unfortunately complicated what was already a difficult situation, and we thank you for your patience while we worked to correct this. -TEAM AF :)

“Made a recent order with AF for the Compound and Pad Kit, which was at a discounted price that was too good to pass up. I seleted next day delivery as I was hoping to get the kit in time for a detail that weekend, but sadly, DHL really dropped the ball. Communication/tracking with DHL was very poor and not only did the parcel turn up late, but it looks as if they dropped the parcel (more than once) as well as dropping the ball. This was fed back to AF and they dealt with the manner swiftly, efficiently and refunded full amount for the shipping. Thankfully the contents were intact (that was a bit of a miracle!)”

“I have always liked Auto Finesse products but the real test of a company is when things go wrong. Slight error in the packing of my last order was immediately resolved with no fuss and a genuine apology. Knowing I can trust them makes them very easy to recommend. Thank you”

“Following an initial hiccup with delivery due to the courier delivering my parcel to the wrong address, I am now (thanks to Customer Service) the happy recipient of the products that I ordered. As winter has well and truly set in, I have modified the way that I clean and detail my cars to take advantage of breaks in the weather and falling temperatures. To do this I need the best products and everything that I have used from Auto Finesse to date fulfills this criteria. I have been especially impressed by the performance of Lavish which is easy to apply and provides weeks of protection. Needless to say, once my existing stock runs out, I will be replenishing it with a repeat order.”
