“Well to be honest I never received your product. I was told after shipping had started that I needed to pay an additional $20USD for duty taxes. I was already paying $33USD for shipping and for 6 airfresheners to pay$53USD was too much. I was asking for a refund.”

The shipping fee you paid at the time of your purchase only covers the cost to ship the parcel to the USA. It does not include any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees that your country may charge. This information is noted on our shipping page during the checkout process. Unfortunately, these charges are set by the destination country's customs and are outside of our control. I hope this clarifies the situation. “I could only use the ceramic snow foam and pre wash which were excellent products, couldn't use the shampoo as the top was open and emptied it's contents into the box”

“Auto Finesse i can't recommend you guys enough!!! My last order was amazing the product, service everything. So i purchased a 5L of dressle in the afternoon and with in a few hours shipped and first thing the next morning it was here and i mean first thing. Guys and Girls keep doing what you guys are doing because its top tier, first class 🤙🏼🤙🏼 Also IG the_real_dmc92 is where i post using all products from here”
