“Ordered on the 31st Dec, not delivered until 10th Jan, Slooooooow, offered 10% off as new user then offered frre bag if spending over £80, but cant have both??? Not clear on the website at all”

Hi James. Thank you for taking your time to leave a review. I’ve had a look into this for you and I can see that your order was on a 5-7 working day service. As you can imagine, during promotional periods we do get more orders than usual so it can take the full 7 working days to ship/deliver the order. Due to the high volume of orders and unforeseen circumstances, some orders were taking up to 10 working days, unfortunately this is due to issues out of our control. I would like to reassure you that our staff have been working around the clock to ensure all orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. “Was sceptical about using the Lavish Ceramic snow foam as have always used turtle wax products for years. I must admit I was absolutely amazed with the ease of use and the brilliant finish,I will have to say goodbye to turtle wax after many years,but your lavish snowfoam is just amazing Thankyou auto finesse ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
