Hi Thom. Thank you for taking time to leave a review. I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed, this certainly isn't how we want our customers to feel. I have had a further look into your communication with our customer service team and I can see that there was some confusion with your return. I can see that the incorrect packing slip was included in your return therefore a refund was issued based on the paperwork inside the return. I can see that it has now been resolved and the correct refund has been issued to you. Hope this helps, and if you have any further questions then please don't hesitate to ask. -TEAM AF :)
