“Products are of good quality but what I’m most impressed with is the customer service. I often get a little freebie in one of my orders. Last time there was a mixup in the system and it was no longer available. They replaced it for me for a better product at no extra cost which was fantastic!”

“I bought a creeper seat and unfortunately there is a bolt missing from the assembly pack. I have contacted a staff member who emailed me about my order but have been waiting several days for a reply. I've been a big fan of auto finesse products for many years now but have always bought from an alternative source due to excellent customer service from the alternate supplier. I'm a tad disappointed nobody has gotten back to me. It has somewhat tainted my view of the company.”

“Extremely pleased, I placed an order and unfortunately there was a glitch and some Of the items were out of stock, these things happen , but one of the sales team were extremely quick to notify me and offer me an either a full refund or I could swap for something else with a greater value. I also received a bottle of quick detailer for I guess a bit of compensation. Thrilled with my order and the car is looking spot on once again thanks to their brilliant products”
