“Delivery was too late. After 3 days of purchase, I spoke to the customer services that the Shop app said that the order will be delivered "today" and the order has not arrived. She said "oh we are posting it today via DHL and it should be with you the next day". I said ok lets wait for another day. Next day the order did not arrive and I checked the DHL tracking and it said that the order will arrive after 3 days. I spoke to the customer services and they said, "we cannot do anything as your order had a free delivery option selected", ok fine but based on free delivery, the order should have be with me still couple of day before. I still have not used any of these products purchased as I had few day off from work and planned to detail my car but I'm back to work now so cannot use none of the items purchased. Very rubish experiance honestly.”

“My 1st time ordering from Auto Finesse and I am so happy with everything, they kept me updated all the way through to delivery which was really quick, I have used many detailing products on my car but after using the Graphene Paintwork Sealant and the Super Paintwork Glaze I have to say that my car was shining like glass and it felt so smooth, absolutely thrilled and highly recommend, I also bought and used the Fine Finishing Puck No:15 and the Clay Bar Kit × 1 along with the polishing pads. 5*”
