“I had wrong items delivered, tried calling customer services a few times but no answer so left a voice mail , 1 week later still nothing. Never had issues when I first starting using your products but the last few orders have had problems”

“A really nice ordering experience... Auto Finesse is on Shopify, so the Shop app let me track the order, including the Royal Mail tracking number. This alone removed all the normal waiting concerns, so a big thumbs up to AF. The online buying experience was also easy. Add to basket, checkout through Shop, and no more clicking. Very well done. I purchased the Handi Puck Kit and a couple of Scrubi Spot Pads, ostensibly to work on my soft top, and they work very well. Just enough scrub that creates just enough lather. This is a great product. I'll certainly be back to buy more stuff.”

“I mean the product worked but after the literal 1st use the velcro part came of the sponge so I can't use the handle part. But I've now superglue it back together.”
