“I was sent the wrong item, and couldn’t get a replacement without the wrong item being collected to be returned 1st, when the new item finally arrived it was leaking. Usually a good service although this is the 1st time I’ve had an issue. Their customer service methods are a bit poor compared to other companies. It’s their mistake not mine and they made things cheap and easy for themselves all the way, do right by your customers and they will leave positive reviews. They appear to be a premium brand but this shows to be false when you have an issue.”

Hello, thank you for taking your time to leave a review. I have had a look into this and I can see that the customer service team have correctly followed the policies we have in place for this issue. As I hope you can appreciate we have policies in place that must be followed. When an item is damaged or faulty, it must be returned back to us so the item can be assessed to establish why the issue occurred which helps us prevent similar issues happening in the future. On this occasion I can see that your replacement item had leaked around 5ml and a 20% discount code was issued for your next order to apologise for the leak. “Felt like a little kid waiting for my DPX RA polisher with the 3 stage cleaning kit to arrive (super quick delivery as it arrived teh day after ordering!). Have to say the overall quality/feel of the polisher and products are great and I can't wait for a dry day to get stuck into my Tiguan. Great service, quality products and really well priced compared to the alternatives in the market, great job guys!”
