“I am a first time customer of Auto Finesse. Having brought a new car with a ceramic coating applied. The product lacked that punch and so did some research and opted to purchase some items from Auto Finesse. Unfortunately when they arrived the polish had spilt out. I contacted Auto Finesse and sent some photos over. This was just one of those unavoidable things but I spoke to Lucy and explained what had happened. The service I received was excellent. Lucy was friendly, her customer service was excellent and she resolved the issue immediately and a new item dispatched. I wasn't expecting it straightaway but the next day the item turned up. Included was a replacement item and an unexpected courtesy gift. Thank you Lucy for sorting this. If you are looking for a company who look after their customers, want products that do what they say then look no further than Auto Finesse.”

“Excellent product removes dead insects from grill/bonnet area with the use of a mitten glove in no time at all,then hose off and then dry off with towel to stop streak marks.”
