“I love the product especially the 5 liters. And the delivery is very good over the past 5 years I had 2 problems with the delivery, but they solved it very fast. Great service”

“very disappointed, they sent a product that was used, it is not clear by whom and the age of the product, scuffs on the flask, drops of water inside or something else, the product works, the packaging is very high quality, the delivery is fast, but it did not leave a pleasant impression, if you buy it, you would like it to be new.”

“Bought two 15L buckets with lid. Bucket works fine, which is thick, steady and clear looking. A loop in the middle of handle which is a user friendly deisgn. 2 buckets can be stacked together and save space. There is a dilemma with my lid, either I press the lid down to the bucket with normal pressure and it bounce back, or I press the lid extremely hard using my body weight and it close tight then I have to open it with slotted screwdriver.”

“Having decided to test out the glass cleaner and cloth, I placed an order to collect from the store. The staff were polite and personable. When I opened the box, the trigger was missing from the bottle, so a quick email was sent. The communication was very good and professional. Two days later, it arrived in the post together with a complimentary air freshner. Great service by the staff. I tried the glass cleaner and cannot fault it. Easy to use and the result was as described. This has given me the confidence to try their other products.”

“Have used AUTO FINESSE for a few months now. Have bought their buckets, pre wash, polishes and cloths and have found them. When you ring customer service for advice they are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Delivery is 5 star. Will definitely keep using this company.”
