“Have emailed twice to ask for a VAT receipt and the request has been ignored. Have been on online chat for the past hour to request the same, someone will be with me in a few minutes it has said for the past hour. Terrible after sales! The receipt came through and chap on phone was very nice in the end”

“Haven't tried speakers yet. Ordering and delivery was excellent. Only problem was being hit by a €105 Irish Customs bill. Really takes the good out of ordering from the UK for us in Ireland but not Audiovolt's fault bit frustrating.”

“Can't fault the service, quick to order, fast delivery, excellent! Only disappointment was out of the six items, one came in an untidy box which was not original packaging, and was slightly open. The speaker had slight cosmetic damage, clearly been on demo or something! Had an urgent install so managed to hide the markings! Not best pleased! But otherwise excellent!”

“Received great pre-sales support from Audiovolt which lead to me placing an order for 4 speakers. Only 4 Stars due to Support not replying to my email of October 19th. Previous email thread was responded to promptly with 'sound' advice :-)”

“Not tried it yet but all looks good. I would have liked to have had a jack input socket on the amplifier rather than having to cut one of the male jacks on the lead and hard wiring it. Having said that, it’s a minor issue but looking forward to setting it up for Halloween.”
