“Absolutely stunning service. Ordered 3 padded speaker covers ( 2 x 12" and 1 x 15") on Thursday 18th January 2024 and they were delivered at 1pm Friday 19th by Evri next day. Whilst I ordered good quality speaker covers, the quality and price were excellent. Great company to deal with,they kept me up to date with dispatch and delivery.All in all a superb transaction. Keep up the good work.”

“Came across AudioVolt as I was searching to replace a very elderly (and deceased) Inkel PA amp/receiver. Reviews looked positive and they had a pretty good range of options, priced competitively enough. Settled on an Adastra RM240D and placed the order. I only realised then that the likely delivery was going to be while our premises was closed for Xmas. I emailed and asked if there was any chance of them delaying the delivery until January and received a very quick reply, polite and friendly, saying that would be absolutely fine. It arrived on Tuesday, I set it up yesterday and it's working perfectly. I'll be honest, we're a manufacturing plant, so PA gear isn't exactly a regular purchase, but I'd certainly use AudioVolt again if we needed anything else in that line.”

“Incorrect description and pictures on website. I ordered the mixer amp below with 4 mic inputs plus aux and Bluetooth as that covered all our needs but what arrived was a mixer with 3 mic and aux with Bluetooth and radio. I used the chat to try and rectify it and was told its been upgraded now, however it now isn't suitable with more cosy to me, however the website is still advertising the same amp.”

“Ordering process was easy and delivery was swift. Nothing to fault there. I did however want an invoice and I couldn't see how to get one. I messaged this request using the Audiovolt website and it said that the "customer service team will be with you in a few minutes". Still no response after half a day.”
