“Really disappointed, I bought two speakers last year and now one of them can’t connect to Bluetooth. When I sent it for repair, it got some foam glue on it, and they returned it saying they couldn’t fix it because of the glue. The foam glue has nothing to do with the Bluetooth circuitry inside the speaker. A truly disappointing experience with their products.”

Hi Tat Trung Do, We really appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. You returned the product covered in expanding foam which had solidified on all of the internal components and circuitry boards so the product was beyond repair and the warranty void due to this being the cause of the defect. I have attached a photo of the speaker for your reference. You were informed in a respectful manner and the speaker was returned back to yourself at no expense. “Very good system. Overall, I am extremely happy with it, and it is easy to use and set up. We have a very large office, and as we set up the speakers on a 100V line, we are going to buy two more speaks and just daisy chain them on. They are also quite light so we didn't have to support each ceiling tile they held themselves. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and the speakers arrived two days before the expected date.”

“The website is very easy to navigate and there is a good range of products available. After a bit of researching on the site I was able to select what I wanted and go through a simple process to order and pay for it. There was good communication prior to delivery. I did have a query and used their live chat facility. It wasn't live and I was promised that someone would be in touch. It didn't happen, but I am still very happy with the service I received.”
