“Have emailed twice to ask for a VAT receipt and the request has been ignored. Have been on online chat for the past hour to request the same, someone will be with me in a few minutes it has said for the past hour. Terrible after sales! The receipt came through and chap on phone was very nice in the end”

“We have just opened a small business and needed some back ground music for our clients, the 100V system is cheap easy to install and suprisingly loud, perfect for our requirements and at a great budget. Delivery was quick and all arrived well protected, the bluetooth function is easy. I just hope the longativity of the amp is just as good as the rest of the service we have recieved so far, thank you Audio Volt team.”

“Shocking at the moment. Zero after sales support. Sent speakers that will not link up to the subs. We are having to buy a splitter and some cables to try and work it out for ourselves. David doesnt seem particularly interested. We will be sending the stuff back if it doesnt work.”

“Haven't tried speakers yet. Ordering and delivery was excellent. Only problem was being hit by a €105 Irish Customs bill. Really takes the good out of ordering from the UK for us in Ireland but not Audiovolt's fault bit frustrating.”
