“The product was competitively priced and shipped promptly. There was superficial damage to the outer packing but the inner and the product was okay. The service by Parcel Force was very poor and I would strognly suggest that you do not use them for any further shipments. I was not in for the first attempted delivery on 29th July but followed the instructions on their card and rescheduled it for two days later 31st July. It didn't arrive so after a 20 minute wait on the phone I was advised that the item had been returned to their depot because they had only just received my redelivery instructions and it was now too late. I decided to do a 20 mile round journey to collect it. The label on it said that they had tried to deliver again on the 30th but no card was left. Other carriers usually give you a day and time slot so you don't have to waste a whole day so I suggest you consider an alternative company.”

“Emailed audiovolt yesterday as recieved my new speaker and it has scratches down the side and bubble dents to the casing on the front and doesn't look "new" but used, as yet still no reply. Another company I emailed with another purchase have sent 3 emails in the same timeframe.”
