“We arrived at the land of legends and they could not find our booking had to wait around 30 minutes I will I had booked direct the £8 or so we saved was not worth the hastle”

“I suposed to get 3 months free disney+ but the link dkesnt recognise my booking id”

“Booked Disneyland tickets. Tickets received. Unable to access the 3months Disney + despite sending emails to attraction tix to rectify this and have received no communication back. Poor communication and do not get the full promise of what you pay for.”

“Loro Park was lovely. The experience of getting there was unfortunately not. We waited an hour at one of the hotels you listed close to us. We were told there was no space on bus. We walked to bus station and took a bus to Puerto de la Cruz. We had to walk to Loro park from there. The return journey was more fraught as we had to walk back to the bus station, take a bus to Santa Cruz terminal, get another bus to Los Christianos to the bus station then walk back to our place of residence. Return took us 3 hours. It would be so much better for attractiontix to include transfers from local destinations in the cost of the ticket to the attraction being purchased. I don't remember having to deal with transport issues before when purchasing tickets. Perhaps it was an error on my part that I did not enquire as to transport, however the Lora Park was delightful and I thought I could get the direct bus from your list, to and from Loro park, which was not the case.”

“I booked a 3 day 2 park pass however when my tickets came through, they said 2 day 2 park. I called up and it was dealt with quickly but it’s definitely worth checking your tickets when they arrive as would hate to have to deal with this ok arrival to Disney”

“I've always used attractiontix, last time I went to Disneyland was before the lock down, with my grandbaby, the tickets were so much cheaper, was not able to pay for two days in the Parks, as I am forking out over £400 for 4 of us way too expensive, we'll have to find something else to do on the second day”

“After waiting two years to fulfil this trip, I found the whole process very stressful. Not being able to confirm if my original vouchers would be honoured until after I had booked hotel and flights. The costs rose considerably and paying £928.50 for the 3 day 2 park pass was excessive.”

“The attractions where really good and well priced for the tickets I was standing around for 3-4 hours trying to get the tickets printed and after that they scanned the barcode that was on my screen and if it was not for the information centre I don’t think I would of been able to use ticket”

“Excellent quick service Site good to use Prices fine and extra vouchers for earl of sandwich and planet Hollywood a good idea”

“Order and delivery great but let down by the details about where to get in and the tiny barcodes which don’t scan properly (according to Disney staff they have loads of problems with your tickets) A last minute decision to bring along my phone which normally is left behind was the only reason we could get in, we bought another day from a different company and had no problems despite all being printed on the same printer.”
