Bought tickets for Disneyland Paris. I was attracted to the 10 free photograph offer, so went with Attraction Tix. Received the passes, not the offer. Am I missing something in the small print? Tickets received quickly.

I didn’t get a receipt for my tickets. I didn’t know how much I paid with the conversion until I saw my credit card and it was much more than I expected. I would like a receipt with the break down in costs please.

Sent complaint in regarding a refund and haven’t heard anything. I was led to believe my refund would be processed to later find out this wouldn’t be the case. This led to the purchase of additional tickets unnecessarily. Ruined my holiday.

I emailed to have my Disneyland Paris Dated tickets for 1Day/1Park canceled and got an email back that they were canceled but no refund was made. It has been nearly a week. What can be done about this as it's supposed to be fully refundable up to 3 days before the event??

I wasn’t aware (as it wasn’t explicitly stated on site) that e tickets were not automatically e mailed once booked. I booked on the Thursday evening and rang Saturday as no tickets had been received. I had the number for the out of hours helpline. I spoke to a gentleman called Adam who can only be described as the most unhelpful person I’ve ever had to deal with. I explained that I was going to the airport that afternoon and wasn’t aware the tickets were not automatically e mailed to me. He couldn’t offer help in any way and explained there was no supervisor or Manager available on a Saturday I could talk to. Also apparently no e mail address that I could e mail my concerns to?? I explained that I hoped the call was being reordered so it could be listed to as the customer service was appalling. He stated that he would need to terminate the call as there was nothing he could do to assist me. I rang back exactly the same number and spoke to a lady who understood my concerns and promised a manager would ring me back by 4 pm that day. Unfortunately no phone call was received. We rang from the USA on Monday and tickets were e mailed. I’ve used Attraction Tix many times before and never had theses issues. Really disappointed.

The code on our tickets didn't work so we were at the admission gates awkwardly waiting while staff tried to scan or type in the number. Luckily they just let us in even though our tickets didn't scan.

The ticket was sold as fast track when it was not fast track just entry, when i emailed to ask about i was met with a rude reply

I bought tickets for 2 days as i was in Paris for 4 days. On payment the information is not relayed that it’s 2 consecutive days to go to the park. We needed to do alternate days so that we would rest in between . Only after payment, that is when they inform you that its consecutive days.

The booking experience was fine but we are very disappointed in the aftersales care. We had to chase the offer the booking was supposed to give to us but have not received any response from Attraction Tix.

I purchased tickets for drayton Manor park for myself and my children the day before we went. My payment was taken but tickets were not sent. I tried to call you but your lines closed at 9pm. I called in the morning and was told that the payment had been taken. I was told that although I had paid the tickets could not be issued and used on the same day. The cost for tickets bought online before the day of use were £28 each. I paid for 3. On the day the price was £40 each. I ended up paying a lot more money and I had to wait for my refund making money tight for me. I would not risk this again as I did not know that it didn't issue the tickets until after the payment was taken.

The booking experience for our Jeep Safari was not great because we didn't receive a confirmation from the provider and I had to phone you to chase for this. Once received, the confirmation didn't have the address for the meeting point (just said 'Bar Tivoli'--no address) so I had to phone to get the address. Bus was then 25 minutes late to collect us. Excursion when it happened was good but booking process not up to market standard I felt.

I chose to buy my Disneyland tickets from AtrractionTix because the fast pass was included in the tickets . However, the fast pass didn’t work . So that was disappointing

Ticket price was fine however the discounts that came with the tickets weren't able to be used. In the small print (which i didn't see) it states that you have to supply a print out with the code. It's 2019!! Who carries print outs with them....even the Disney ticket was on my mobile. It was an embarrassing situation to be in.

The printed tickets didn’t scan at any entrances, the staff had to manually put the code in every time. The lanyards didn’t turn up until a week after we had been to Disney.
