“It was an easy website for booking the tickets, but I only received one barcode for 6 tickets and that made a problem regarding our entry, they asked for 6 barcodes and I only had one! So please maybe you can enhance this point for next time!”

“I recently bought the wrong tickets and emailed in to ask for a refund so I can buy the right ones. They got back to me right away, I haven’t recieved the refund yet but I am sure I will soon!”

“I bought 5 entrance tickets to Disneyland Paris. I saved roughly £85 compared to going direct via the official website. Attraction Tix also offer the same refund and cancellation policy as the official website. To top it off, they work with Amex and I collected Avios point. The tickets were emailed to me within 24 hours with QR codes. I have input the tickets into the Disneyland Paris app and all 5 tickets were recognised and validated by the app. Excellent service, will definitely visit again’”

“Brought tickets for parc asterix. Email came through very quick although be aware this is not an e ticket like stated on the email. You have to take the printed tickets to the ticket booth to be issued a ticket to scan through the park barriers, there is somewhere you can go to print the vouchers when you arrive but it is complicated and delayed us by half an hour and was quite stressful being taken from here to there to get it sorted, especially with the language barrier. We did not have the same problem with the Disney tickets I brought through this site as I was able to link that to the Disney app. This is not a reflection on attraction tickets, just something to be aware of for a smooth day”
