Loro Park was lovely. The experience of getting there was unfortunately not. We waited an hour at one of the hotels you listed close to us. We were told there was no space on bus. We walked to bus station and took a bus to Puerto de la Cruz. We had to walk to Loro park from there. The return journey was more fraught as we had to walk back to the bus station, take a bus to Santa Cruz terminal, get another bus to Los Christianos to the bus station then walk back to our place of residence. Return took us 3 hours. It would be so much better for attractiontix to include transfers from local destinations in the cost of the ticket to the attraction being purchased. I don't remember having to deal with transport issues before when purchasing tickets. Perhaps it was an error on my part that I did not enquire as to transport, however the Lora Park was delightful and I thought I could get the direct bus from your list, to and from Loro park, which was not the case.
