“'I went to Kensington Palace mainly to see the Diana Dresses exhibition and was very disappointed with what I saw. I queued for one hour to get in and then left disappointed at what I saw. Why oh! why weren''t the dresses cleaned before exhibition and better displayed? The actual State Apartments were most interesting.'”
