“I brought the tickets the night before leaving to go on holiday as it stated tickets to be sent straight away - well they were not. I received an email stating that I would hear within 48 hours - maybe i should not have brought the night before but they should not advertise that tickets are available immediately. I was lucky enough that my hotel whilst on holiday were kind enough to print the tickets off !!! The tickets were valid and got me to where I needed to be - just the timing and false advertising was a bug bear !!”

“No fuss. Easy to book online for Universal studios. Straight in the turnstiles. Cheaper than paying on the day. Very competitive. Would highly recommend. Only downside is that you can’t leave the park and re-entering these tickets.”

“After our holiday being cancelled twice due to covid restrictions we found the staff extremely helpful in moving our tickets to our new dates. I would highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future”

“The ticket was sold as fast track when it was not fast track just entry, when i emailed to ask about i was met with a rude reply”

“I bought tickets for 2 days as i was in Paris for 4 days. On payment the information is not relayed that it’s 2 consecutive days to go to the park. We needed to do alternate days so that we would rest in between . Only after payment, that is when they inform you that its consecutive days.”
