I brought the tickets the night before leaving to go on holiday as it stated tickets to be sent straight away - well they were not. I received an email stating that I would hear within 48 hours - maybe i should not have brought the night before but they should not advertise that tickets are available immediately. I was lucky enough that my hotel whilst on holiday were kind enough to print the tickets off !!! The tickets were valid and got me to where I needed to be - just the timing and false advertising was a bug bear !!
