“Easy to book Disney tickets and unfortunately have to cancel then rebook as dates were incorrect from our end. However, I realised on the booking that I did not receive a confirmation email and just had to await the tickets coming through to know that all was well. The booking site gave me a booking number but I feel a confirmatory email would be good practice. I've still to check for my refund, which brings me to another issue. I had to cancel the tickets I had and repurchase new tickets. I have no idea why this could not have been managed by AttractionTix given that it was a date change. I could have taken the 'new' business elsewhere which would have been a lost sale for the sake of a few key strokes.”
