“I purchased 3 tickets for the one of the observations but made a mistake and went to the wrong attraction. Totally my fault but the customer service was terrible no offer of transferring the ticket to another date or time. Told me I wasn’t entitled to a refund, understandable as it was my mistake but asking if they could assist with anything else and when I asked if I could use tickets at another date and time told no. Why ask if there’s anything else they can assist with. No I wouldn’t recommend in future to any of my colleagues at Virgin Atlantic or indeed any of the passengers I serve traveling to the US.”
