“No refund at all if you fell ill.”

“Because fastpass was not available”

“Definately not good value for money. Limited photo opportunities due to the darkness of the rooms and shey kept turning the light off to hurry us out the room, but even with the lights on the room was too dark. We would have paid more to meet a character and had we known that one was visiting in April we would have liked to visit at that time so maybe that could have been promoted a little better but I assume there is a reason for that.,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,, My daughters dream came true but I wish we had visitd the village instead for that cost. We paid £80 in total with the coach included not the photo. The film in Rhonas cottage was fun but it had no sound, so please correct that so others can benefit. Thanks for the opportunity to comment much appreciated.”

“I would recommend the booking on-line. However, booking via telephone was made over complicated and took far too long. When I became suspicious and asked if the number I was using was a premium line. I was told it was. I should have been told about this hidden cost from the outset. On visiting Siam Park, I did not find the security checks etc to have any foundation. Ultimately, rather than been helped, I felt cheated. I found the whole process very stressful and would only recommend booking online. ”
