“I would recommend the booking on-line. However, booking via telephone was made over complicated and took far too long. When I became suspicious and asked if the number I was using was a premium line. I was told it was. I should have been told about this hidden cost from the outset. On visiting Siam Park, I did not find the security checks etc to have any foundation. Ultimately, rather than been helped, I felt cheated. I found the whole process very stressful and would only recommend booking online. ”
