We ordered the 7 seater corner set but were a little skeptical due to some of the poor reviews and there was hardly any stock left on website. But at the price advertised thought it worth the risk as it was at least half the price of other sets we had seen. Once purchased it stated we would receive a confirmation email and tracking info. This never happened. I contacted the company by email enquiring when we may expect delivery. I received an email in reply almost immediately stating it should be 3-5 days delivery from purchase. The following day the delivery company called and delivery was confirmed and completed the following day. Excellent service and communication. As for the furniture it has far exceeded Our expectations. It looks lovely, it’s solid, very comfortable and transformed our garden. Now as for the construction. There are a lot of M8 Allen key type screws that give the furniture it’s solid finish. I’m a carpenter and it took a long time with 2 of us to Build and that’s using my own tools such as ratchet spanner and angled ratchet Allen keys. Using the tools supplied I think it would have taken some considerable time. Better tools and this would have been a five star review. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.
