“I would certainly recommend Atlas, I have bought several vinyls from them amd all great and as described. I have only ever had a problem with one, I phoned on the day of receipt/playing amd straight away they apologized amd offerred to refund. I actually wanted ot replaced and the one they had in-stock they put by, sent out a returns slip and replaced once the damaged one was received. Very obliging and swift service”

We were so sorry to hear that one of your records arrived damaged. We use the strongest mailers on the market, but they're not impenetrable and unfortunately, records can very occasionally be damaged during postage. I can confirm that we sent over a returns label so that you could return the record for free, for a full refund as soon as it came back to us. - Holly
