We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your order. We work exceptionally hard to ensure that every single record that leaves us does so in the same condition as we described, but we can make mistakes. I can only apologise when this does happen and work hard to rectify the mistake. My colleague has contacted you directly via email to organise a free return for a full refund. Once the record is back with us, we'll also be able to review the condition and feed any issues back to the processing/grading team.

The packaging was superb, delivery superb, the album cover was of an expected quality. I only attempted to play 1 track which jumped so much (about 10 times) I gave up trying, This was my first and only purchase of an album from atlas, so disappointed.

In my opinion, poor quality of a VG+ vinyl album, the item was delivered on time and nicely packaged, it has been returned and awaiting response, I’m sure this will be resolved quickly but not a good first purchase from this company..

For the price that I paid for a number of vinyl items, the quality did not meet the description stated on the website. One record thatI paid £45 for has a scratch through one of the tracks which causes it to skip. Unfortunately I will not be using Atlas Records in the future.

I ordered LP's, but i had to send two of them back. i followed the instructions given and was told via email that they had fourreplacements, and would send them after receiving my returns. I was told i would receive an email informing me when my replacements were sent out to me. Five days after receiving my returns i have still not had any email regarding my two LP's.

We were so sorry to hear that one of your records arrived damaged. We use the strongest mailers on the market, but they're not impenetrable and unfortunately, records can very occasionally be damaged during postage. I can confirm that we sent over a returns label so that you could return the record for free, for a full refund as soon as it came back to us. - Holly

Sadly the LP I bought the Eagles Hotel California clearly hadn’t been checked the main song hotel California and it’s three other tracks have major jumping making the look very disturbed and a great disappointing. If someone at Atlas had taking the time to listen to this it would not have be dispatched

We're so sorry again that there was an issue with this album. After organising a free return for a full refund, we can confirm that the record has arrived back to us safely. After a thorough play test we did find it to still be consistent with its previously assigned Excellent grading, with no jumps or skips, almost no background noise and only a handful of hairline scratches visible under a bright light. However, it is possible that this record didn't cooperate well with your record player set-up for some reason, and for that, we can only apologise. Just to confirm, we do play test a sample of every single record that you'll find on our site, alongside two stages of visual inspection. Hi Deyan, I am so sorry again that your order arrived incomplete. I have looked into your order details and it shows that the two records that you purchased were scanned into the package when it was dispatched - so it is very strange that you have only received one. This is something that we have not seen happen before and I can only apologise. We are looking into how this could have happened so that we can prevent it from happening again. Nevertheless, we have since tried to source a replacement record to send you. However, as we did not have one, we issued a full refund for the missing record instead which you should have received confirmation of a couple of days ago. LP cover (graded VG) was in reasonable to good condition considering its construction. The LP itself (graded VG+) was disappointing. There were marks on A1 and B1 which may have been acceptable had the whole disc not suffered from surface noise. Some places worse than others but the whole listening experience was not good. I tried cleaning the disc on a Pro-Ject PC-E vacuum cleaner but it has not improved matters. A shame.

7 inch record sleeves were fine but 12 inch record sleeves had marks and were 1 sleeve short..have brought these products through Amazon/ebay before and very satisfied but not on this occasion with purchasing direct.

Whereas the vinyl covers I bought were all fine, some of the records I bought were not as described, and did not play as indicated, and some were scratched and jumped on playing.
