We work exceptionally hard to ensure that every single record that leaves us does so in the same condition as we described, but we can make mistakes. I can only apologise when this does happen and work hard to rectify the mistake. My colleague has contacted you directly via email to organise a free return for a full refund. Once the record is back with us, we'll also be able to review the condition and feed any issues back to the processing/grading team.
