“I have probably placed about 15 orders with Atlas involving a total of around 25 albums, most of which have been 1970s issues. The quality of the items received has been consistently high. The service from Atlas has always been excellent in all respects - packaging, delivery time, speed of response to queries. They are my online used vinyl provider of choice.”

“Having recently got back into vinyl I have made several purchases from sellers via the ‘Discogs marketplace’. On every occasion, the received records have been at least one category lower than their advertised grading. One album was pretty much unplayable and certainly not ‘VG+’ Thank God then for Atlas Records! You promise to be honest and upfront in your grading so I gave you a try, purchasing the Derek & the Dominoes classic, ‘Layla & Other Assorted Love Songs’. You listed it as ‘near mint’ and it is exactly that! The album cover is also pristine and the record plays beautifully! So I’m very happy and Atlas Records will be my first port of call for all future vinyl searches. Many thanks!”

“You didn’t send my record and it was too late for the gift I ordered it for even though I ordered it on the 19th and did not need it until the 28th!! You also did not have a plan for ordering a gift voucher to go with an order”

Hi Diana, You're right, and we're sorry. We made a mistake with your order that wasn't picked up on until you got in touch earlier this week - far too late. It was entirely our mistake and isn't acceptable. We've reached out via email to apologise again, and as a gesture, have refunded your order in full. We're changing how we handle orders that combine a gift voucher with a physical item so this doesn't ever happen again, and can only apologise again for how late your record arrived with you.

“Disappointing. Strange grading system used where it seems able to grade a VG+ record (lots of crackle) and VG+ sleeve (large crease and bump to one corner) both as EX and charge NM price. Tried to contact a few times and greeted with a wall of silence. Think carefully before using.”

Hi Chris, Thanks for the feedback. We're sorry your messages weren't answered. They'd gone to our spam folder, and we've since put extra checks in place to make sure they get picked up more quickly. We grade using the UK Record Collector system and describe specific defects in each listing, but we're not infallible, and where a grade is off, we always do what we can to put it right. We've now been in touch to offer a return for a full refund, and that offer stays open - we look forward to getting this resolved for you.
