“The discs were fine, but I paid extra for next day pre mid-day delivery and was let down by Royal Mail. In fact, it arrived the day after that. Raised this with Atlas via e-mail, but they didn't bother responding. No big deal; just a little irritating.”

Thank you for your order. I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the delivery time. I can see that your order was placed at 10:30pm on 8th April, meaning we dispatched it on the 9th and it was delivered at 10am on the 10th. It would not have been possible for us to dispatch your order on the 8th. I can see that my colleague did respond to you via email at 1:42pm on the 9th, confirming the same information as I have here. It may be worth checking your spam folder in case our reply ended up there. If there is anything else we can help with, please just let us know. - Holly

“I usually buy my used vinyls from various EBay sellers but unfortunately on occasion I’ll get sent a vinyl that doesn’t match the quality that the seller advertised it as. I stumbled upon Atlas Records via Facebook and thought I would give them a go. All I can say is that I’m very impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism in they way they inspect every vinyl so that when they grade a record as EX, VG+ you can be confident that that is what you are buying. I know now that I can buy again from Atlas with 100% confidence that I am buying quality used vinyls. Thank you for your dedication and expertise in providing us vinyl collectors with peace of mind.”
