“Web site easy to mavigate with good range of artists. Vinyl grading was accurate whilst order was well packaged with quick delivery. The additional surprise was a nice touch! Would recommend.”

“Purchased an LP Black Sabbath. Exactly described (VG+) and arrived within a couple of days, which was excellent. Only thing I’d mention was the fact that the parcel had not been sealed on the sides. This meant that the LP could have easily slipped out, or even taken out, during the delivery process. Just a point to make, otherwise first rate service and will use again. Trev”

Good afternoon Trev, thank you for your order. We're so pleased to hear that you're happy with it. Regarding the packaging, the LP should have been packed in a Lil Packaging 'CLP' mailer, which wraps around and seals itself without needing additional tape. These are the strongest LP mailers on the market and we've shipped thousands of records in them to customers all over the world. I can't recall any cases of a record having fallen out or gone missing. “These vinyls 7” 45rmp are in great condition. However not every vinyl has it’s original sleeve. Could you please endeavour (no matter what it’s condition) to send the sleeves please. The condition and packaging of your vinyls are top class.”

Hi Jim, thank you for your feedback. I'm pleased to hear that you are happy with our records. We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the sleeves. Unfortunately, not every record comes to us with an original sleeve. When this happens, we add a brand new anti-static lined black sleeve instead of whichever plain white or similar sleeve it arrived in that someone else had added previously. When the record does come with an original but very worn sleeve, we do keep it with the record, though will still describe the record as coming in a plain sleeve. The original sleeve will arrive as a surprise (free) extra. Every listing you see on our site is exactly the record you can expect to receive, even our 'stock images' will match exactly the sleeve and label design and label centre (eg. four prong or jukebox) of the record. Additionally, we take pictures of every single company sleeve as we know how much these can vary in design and condition. So please do always check the images to avoid disappointment, and feel free to get in touch with us if you have any questions. Best wishes, Holly

“Records and sleeves always as described, reasonably priced. Posted and arrives quickly. Atlas is my first stop to look for anything. The only [small] downside would be all the wrappings on each record. All the plastic wallets go straight in the bin. Maybe a tick box to indicate whether you want them? Thanks for the sweets!”
