“As a new customer, I’ve ordered twice. Impressed with the prompt service. Vinyls arrived very well packaged with name of staff member who had packed. Pleased with quality. Unfortunately one vinyl in 2nd order had small scratch on one track which wouldn’t play through. This was the only such album in stock so replacement was not possible. Refund offered but I was keen to keep as all but one track affected. I was then given 20% refund as a goodwill gesture token. Pleased with personalised prompt service. Thoroughly recommend.”

“Paid £18 for a record. Quality was good, but they accidentally left the sticker price of £2.99 on the record! Clearly bought elsewhere at a very cheap price and upsold 500%. Won’t be buying from here again, not knowing it is daylight robbery to this degree.”

We are sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your order. The price sticker on the sleeve of the David Bowie record is not what we paid for it; it is a price sticker from whichever shop the record was originally purchased from, likely when the record was first released. All of our records are purchased directly from collectors, and they come in a range of conditions, and many have price stickers on their sleeves and/or shrink-wrap. My colleague has reached out to you directly with details on how to return the record if you would like to return it.
