“There was an issue with my initial order which was relayed back to me promptly. It was resolved with no problem and at no extra cost. The member of staff who communicated with me was friendly, professional and very helpful. 10/10 for customer service will most definetly be buying from you again :)”

We're so sorry that your order didn't end up arriving. Items are very rarely lost by our couriers, but unfortunately, it can happen and we can only apologise that it occurred on this occasion. As we didn't have a replacement copy of this record we went ahead and issued you with a full refund as soon as we were notified of the delay, and can only apologise again. - Holly
