“The record I bought, Blondie - Blondie - Reissue Tone LP Vinyl Record, distorts heavily, so I can only presume it may have been damaged or bent. It is unfortunately unusable as the distortion is so bad. I bought it as a gift for my housemate, and suggested she return it, but I’m not sure she is going to and I don’t know if the return process is easy”

We work extremely hard to ensure that all of our records are packed as securely as possible so that they avoid any sort of damage whilst in transit. We also use the strongest mailers on the market to ensure each order's safety whilst on its way to you. “Website was Brilliant, record i bought was despatched very quickly, arrived in an extremely well packed box, even included a pack of sweets. Record was in a new sealed liner and outside of the sleeve. Atlas records are obviously very serious about vinyl and take great care in selling high quality records and once sold, do their utmost to get it to you in the same condition. Use with total confidence. Many Thanks”
