“Brilliant service. I ordered 3 items from the Newbury 25 range before noon and the items arrived next morning. The quality is amazing and so well packaged. Assembly was very easy with clear instructions. I can thoroughly recommend the company, prices and the product range.”

“Can't praise this company highly enough! Best customer service I've encountered for ages. Bought a chair as it was best price I could find on the internet and a small problem with the item (that wasn't their fault at all) was quickly dealt with and a replacement part sent out immediately. Would thoroughly recommend and definitely use again.”

“Dealing with Atlantis Office was excellent, from the order being placed, keeping me informed and up to the delivery! The product is excellent but I do have to obtain some 'Suspension Files' to suit me. You have the option of A4 or Foolscap which, in fairness, the supplier cannot forsee which you may need. I would readily recommend the supplier. Kind Regards Chris”

“Excellent service and quality, quick delivery as promised. Purchased 2 x Flight Mesh Chairs which are absolutely superb value for money. “Whilst the chair is very new I have found it very good at keeping my straight when working.I have suffered from bad posture for years and this is going to help a great deal. I am now 81,it is never too late. A well made chair should be good for years. Thank you. Alan Critcher”

Staff genuinely willing to go the extra mile if problems occur (in particular, genuinely helpful and well-researched suggestions to replace a discontinued chair with a suitable alternative). “Very courteous staff. I ordered after their postal deadline but my amazing chair arrived before 9am the next day which was SO helpful. The chair itself (the Kanga Heavy Duty Kneeling Chair) was really well-made and very simple to put together. It is such a pleasure to use instead of the non-swivel varieties I've used in the past. “Although I ordered my chair on the deadline for next day delivery the chair arrived on time. It was well packaged, the assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. The quality of the product is superior to others that I have seen at a similar price and the chair met my purpose in every way. Overall I am extremely pleased with my purchase.”
