“A builder left me with a blocked up drain. Potentially serious. Needn't have worried, Aspect fixed it with their usual efficiency.”

“We were very disappointed with the billing service. We were charged £190 for under and hour and ten minutes worth of service. When i followed up the day after our booking I was told we could be charged £125 including VAT etc.. However were shocked to later receive a bill for £190 for a simply job which took longer as the electrician decided to replace a £3 part which wasn't totally necessary. So we were charged £75 for the additional half hour - the majority of which we received no benefit. We feel this is extortionate and that electricians are told to go over the hour and delay the service so customers are charged this huge extra sum. We will certainly never use aspect again based on this experience.”

“The Engineer came in time and was efficient. I have managed to obtain an appointment from one day to another. Now everything is working and I got good advises. It came-up to be a bit expensive in the end but I also had to buy items to repair what wasn't working. In the end, I have been happy with the service provided, thanks a lot.”

“I had two repairs that I could not manage ... and wasn't sure if they could be repaired at all. The aspect engineer came and in 45 minutes had solved both problems. Excellent and only £92. A bargain.”

“We had a problem in our premises for over 4 years with untold investigations and thousands of pound spent with everyone telling us they could not find the problem and there was nothing else they could do. The smell we were experiencing was getting worse and our hope off finding the problem was no where near being fixed. I came across aspect while researching for help and after speaking to them I booked them to come and see us. Rory our engineer was confident he would find the problem with similar test to what we had before, however we are so pleased we booked them in as after two full days of investigation Rory and Chris figured out the problem and solved our problem that has haunted us for so many years.. We are so happy and I would recommend there services to anyone. It was worth the expense and now we are finally smell free... Thanks aspect.”

“Great service , efficient phone reception , arrived bang in the beginning of the time slot promised , ( bear in mind we were well after hours in the night ) polite and very helpful electrician who executed an efficient and quick repair. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thanks guys. 5 star service ????????”

“Great to be able to get a convenient appointment (i.e. evenings and weekends) on relatively short notice. Good work done efficiently. Final invoice went up considerably from the quote for reasons nobody has explained, but this was amended without much hassle when I pointed it out.”
