Needed a hose fitted to a toilet and the mains stopcock had seized. There was no easy way to unsieze the stopcock and so the work had to be carried out while the mains water was still live and with a great deal of pressure too. Quick, professional, very helpful, and didn't overcharge... in fact was a very god rate for the work done. I accepted any water damage liability that might be caused by performing the work while the water was still live and the plumber carried out the work (they could have walked away). Water damage was minimal (few splashes on the ceiling, so gave it a quick coat of paint a few days later). Work was carried out quickly and only ended up paying for an hour, plus there was a discount added which helped due to the way I booked the work. All in all, very happy with the service :-)

I think Aspect are great for all the little jobs you put off. I've only used them for a few jobs, hanging pictures in tricky spots, fitting a bath panel etc, and have no gripes about any of the work.

Engineers not turning up, numerous attempts to fix my boiler and a ridiculous bill at the end of it. I was left without heating or hot water (intermittently) for nearly 3 weeks. I will never use Aspect again and certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Excellent consumer service, really patient and helpful to replay to any questions. The job (removing a vasp nest) was done professionally and on perfect time. We are extremely satisfy and we will use their service again!

We have only started using Aspect services but so far it has been very good. We had an emergency electrical issue at 10pm and problem has been dealt with quickly & efficiently. It is so reassuring knowing that we can contact Aspect for any similar situations in a future. We are delighted to have found them and would highly recommend them as a maintenance company.

I have used Aspect for a number of small jobs. I have never been let down by the tradesman, they have always turned up on time and satisfactorily completed task. The landlord boiler safety certification is particularly good because Aspect email the certificate directly to the landlord after inspection. I am also impressed by the professionalism and skill levels of the tradesmen.

Excellent service. Very quick and easy to get an appointment. Engineer turned up on time. Price given for further work was double that quoted by other prominent company.

Like Pete I would give a minus if that were possible. Aspect cancelled on me twice recently. When the engineer finally did arrive (a subcontractor) he come 90 minutes later that advised and had been sent by Aspect to the wrong address. You then have to wait 3 days for a written report by which time they have already taken you money. I have tried to query the engineer's findings and time-keeping but you are not allowed to speak to anyone other than an operator. They never get back to you and each time you call you have to explain the entire issue all over again. They told me to email them but they didn't reply to that either.

From the initial telephone request through to the completion of the job, I was extremely impressed with the fast efficient service. If a minus star was available that is what I would be choosing. The initial service by the engineer was below average and after an hour he said everything was working fine so left. Our friend who's an electrician came over and within 5 mins worked out exactly what the problem was - given all the extremely clear burn marks all over the relay, incredibly poor that the engineer did not pick this up. So after complaining to Aspect customer care that I would like a refund - over 4 weeks later and I have had NO RESPONSE. I have made several phone calls, and been told several times that someone would get back to me - I've even been told that I am a high priority and been assured the head of department would call me. Have I had any phone calls or emails? ZERO. Putting aside how poor the initial service was, the customer service after the fact is without a doubt the most appalling I've ever received.

I have already written one review. The service from the plumber was excellent. Backup and accounts not so good. The invoices were muddled and incorrect, later reviewed and amended. I also asked for a parts invoice in case things went wrong in future and proof of purchase was needed for guarantee purposes. No reply or communication has so far been received. This seems to emphasise the fact that the backup to repairs is not very good at all. I wonder if I'll ever hear anything!

We had a leak in our kitchen our usual plumber was unable to attend so I googled "plumbers in Blackheath" Aspects.co.uk came up I was a little wary at first but as it was an emergency I decided to go for it, I called Aspect Jamie answered the phone he was very helpful I explained my problem, he very quickly assured me he could get someone out to help, he explained the procedure and the costs involved. I booked a plumber to come out that evening between 6pm & 8pm Taylor arrived on schedule got on with the repair straight away fixed our leak no problem. He tested the pipes to ensure the repair was complete, cleared away debris from the job. I would like to commend Taylor he was totally charming, he even took time to make friends with my very friendly Staffie who thinks anyone who comes to the house is there for her entertainment. I would have no hesitation in using your services again or in recommending them.

I would give 0 stars, if option available. Customer services poor, request to put a complain, which was ignored, several no shows, which for a small business, it's a big deal, not to have gas in a cafe! Several visits needed to resolve "the problem" with their huges bills and no apology from the no shows.

Considering it wasn't an experience I would have chosen, the service was friendly, dedicated and knowledgeable. The job turned out to be a bit more complicated than initially anticipated, but the engineer rose instantly to the challenge, leaving everything in working order. What more could one ask?
