Very efficient. Came on time and did boiler annual maintenance as requested. Efficient booking process and paperwork. Also 10% discount as repeat customer (Aspect did boiler maintenance previous year).

I had a bit of a disaster with a radiator which gushed out water when I tried to fix it. Aspect sent out an engineer the same day to my address in London E14. The matter was fixed in 5 minutes and he also took the time to look at the other radiators and carry out general checks to check that everything was in order. In my experience, Aspect were great. When you call on the phone you get a person who is switched on and wanting to help, not a grunt or a simple "Yeh?" like you get with other companies. The engineer who came was polite and he explained everything that he did to remedy the problem. Though Aspect are not cheap, they are a a company I would use if the need arose again, as they resolved my matter quickly and professionally. I am delighted.

From the initial telephone call to the booking and completion of job we couldn't have been more satisfied. The chap taking my call was friendly and efficient and the electrician was brilliant. He was very tidy, didn't take ages over it and even popped out to buy a part we didn't have. I would definitely recommend Aspect for service and for price. And unlike other companies they don't charge a call-out fee for an electrician to quote the job beforehand, which was very welcome.

I have used Aspect twice recently for two different jobs. Both times the people that came were on time, polite, very helpful and sorted the problems quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone else without hesitation!

Electrician John Hickey was very friendly and helpful. He arrived late (I think because of traffic) but stayed well into the evening to complete the work. It was all done neatly and satisfactorily.

They helpfully provided same-day service for a gas boiler breakdown [& also carried out the annual service]; the engineer was prompt, courteous and reasonably efficient. There was a serious problem with overcharging on the account, due to extras; Aspect were a bit slow in responding to the complaint, but it was resolved; they were also a bit slow in refunding the over-payment. They are a bit expensive, but I would still consider using them again.

I have now had two big jobs done through Aspect, and both ran very smoothly. The Project Manager system is enormously helpful, and all those who have done work for me through Aspect have been excellent.

I was very impressed by Aspect. I needed someone to come the day I rang as I was moving house and the people who came could not dismantle the wardrobe! I rang Aspect and spoke to a very efficient man on reception who promised to call me back, he did, he told me someone would arrive at 2pm - they did. The carpenter was efficient, quick and even hoovered up afterwards. I would recommend the service.

We are always aiming to have the best service possible for our clients, and therefore, prices can seem high however we always try to remain competitive with other companies. One way to get cheaper prices is to keep an eye on our mail marketing, where we often send discounts to our customers.

Efficient engineers arrive within that hour rather than some Potemkin hour. I will only book Aspect for all my house issues. They seem to know what they are doing. They carry out the job professionally too. Customer Service division need to concentrate on bookings rather than give incorrect dates and times. That wastes customer time having to contact to have it rectified.

We always try our best to make sure booking times don't change, however, previous jobs can sometimes overrun which has a knock on effect. Advance Property Perservation Limited was recommended to me by one of your staff in connection with Damp area. I had a visit from Simon Wootton (Director) who was to provide me with a Survey Report on my property and charge would be £50+VAT. Total £60. I received a Quotation with cut and paste Terms and Conditions, spelling mistakes and half a page of information on another property, which had nothing to do with my property. I had to pay over the phone the £60 before I was allowed to view the report. I was not impressed. Simon has refused to refund my money and his Company does not have a Complaint policy. I had faith in "Aspect" knowing that they only recommend people of quality. I turned to your staff, unfortunately, I was not given support by your "Customer Service" or the Supervisor. S Ahmad
