“Very pleased with the service. Had two quotes from tradepeople and rated people but this was actually about 400 quid cheaper. He was very good and retiled my bathroom after a leak. Very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again.”

“I have called on Aspect twice to clear gutters. The service was provided efficiently - and politely - from the phone call onwards. The work was carried out by straightforward and intelligent team. I am impressed by my experience so far of Aspect's staff. I expect I will call on them in future.”

“I've had continuous issues with my bathroom ever since I moved into my flat many years ago. The tiles always leaked and the power in the shower was never as I would have liked it. I was recommended Aspect by a friend and they came and fixed all my issues immediately. After a few years they came back and re-laid the tiles in the bathroom to ensure no leaking would ever happen - at a very reasonable price. It may be time for a new boiler, but - right now - the power is still good after the service the Aspect guys gave it.”

“I've used Aspect for pretty much everything over the last few years. The experiences have mostly been good, and on the odd occasion that they haven't, things have been quickly rectified. I possibly could have saved some money by looking for individual specialists and getting alternative quotes each time I've used them, but - for me - this has been more than offset by the time that I've saved in dealing with a single organisation that is run like a proper business and that knows how to look after its customers.”

“My drains backing and couldn’t use toilets or sinks. I called aspect and Rory arrived within an hour of my call cleared my drains and resolved my nightmare. I recommend you try them if you find yourself with an emergency.”

“I recently required a large section of my roof to be replaced. Aspect visited the following day and provided me with a fixed price cost. The work was scheduled and completed within 8 days. From start to finish the entire experience was simple and flawless. Aspects office and project manager were in touch with me at all times. When the time comes I will be calling Aspect again.”

“i had a disastrous 'slow' leak in my house that had caused a lot of damage before we noticed it, and it was virtually impossible to understand where it originated from. i called aspect who were able to send a 3-man team round immediately. they, in turn, were able to call in their specialist carpenters and electricians to help out. having found and fixed the leak. we could then get the refurbishment guys to do everything else and the house is back to normal. one invoice. one point of contact. no fuss. their team were excellent. if you want a problem solved they are the people to do it. they're not the cheapest but at least you know it gets fixed first time”

“I have been using the Property Management service for my 2 London flats and couldn't be happier. I pay 30% less than I did to the estate agent who managed it before and I get 100% better service. They do all the maintenance, gas safety etc and I get that at lower rates - totally happy and would recommend.”

“W had some roofing and chimney work that needed doing to fix a roof leak. We chose to ask aspect to do it at very short notice when we realised that our neighbours had erected scaffolding to do a job on their roof. Aspect were brilliant. Off their own bat they found out who the neighboours' scaffolders were, negotiated with them a small extension to their scaffolding to allow safe access to our roof, and sorted it all out. This saved us many hundreds of pounds and much hassle. The work was done promptly, to a good quality and to the quoted price. Thank you Aspect, we will use you again. 5 stars.”
